POLICIES
Spa treatments are available to guests 18 years of age and over. In order for minors to partake in any of our services, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will then sign a Consent Form.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to update your spa profile. We regret that late arrivals cannot receive an extension of scheduled service times and you will be responsible for the full service fee.
We love ’em, but leave them at home... we request that your children not accompany you to the spa (unless we have a special day just for them).
Shhhh...as this is time for you to escape, please turn off all noisemaking devices.
Come “bling-free”...please leave your valuables at home; we cannot be responsible for lost items.
At any time prior to or during your treatment, please discuss any adjustments that your therapist may make for your comfort.
Reservations & Cancellations:
We recommend booking spa reservations in advance and will do everything possible to honor your request and time. Appointments are booked based on availability. We recommend scheduling your appointment one or two days in advance to ensure availability.
We aim to provide our clients the highest quality service and we pride ourselves on our exceptional staff. We understand that emergencies "come up." If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have taken your scheduled appointment time. For this reason we are still obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for our lost revenue. This insures all other guests the opportunity to enjoy our services.
Please cancel or reschedule appointments 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Unlike most other day spas, we do not to require a credit card in order to schedule an appointment. However, if you do cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, we will require a credit card with your next appointment.
Appointments must be made through the Spa at (512) 452-5500 or via an email request at info@signaturetouchspa.com.
Cancellations must be made by speaking directly to a customer service representative, voicemail or emailing confirm@signaturetouchspa.com
Gift Certificate or Gift Card Return Policy:
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates or gift cards, if lost or expired.

Gratuities:
All of our service providers appreciate your acknowledgment for a job well done. Gratuities are not included in spa services or gift cards.
